You may be surprised at the result

When you visit our website, you'll see that we have deliberately avoided using the titles Founder and CEO.

We believe these titles are extremely self-centred and suggest an arrogance that implies one person is solely responsible for the business's creation.

The reality is you're NOT!

You might have conceived the business idea, but you didn't establish it alone, nor did you build or operate it by yourself.

You did that with a team!

So why adopt the notion that the business revolves entirely around you?

When we hear someone say, my this or my that, or I, me, mine, we tend to roll our eyes.

At the Hyam Institute, we have transformed that personal egotistic mindset and intentionally embraced a Contextual Shift that reflects a transition from individual to collective:

  1. Property/Objects: "This is my business" to "This is our business".

  2. Ideas/Projects: "That was my idea" to "That was our idea".

  3. Relationships/People: "My team" to "Our team".

Any success achieved by the Hyam Institute will be the result of the team we have brought together (both internally and externally) and the collective work and effort of that team.
